While the academic year ended with faculty and students finishing their work remotely, The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture of The Cooper Union has continued its decades-old year-end tradition by mounting a virtual End of Year Show! At a time when the school’s buildings are physically inaccessible, Architecture faculty, students, and staff have collaborated to create a virtual exhibition using Unreal Engine gaming technology to visualize and simulate the Foundation Building, allowing visitors to traverse its spaces and explore student work in a digital environment.
